Travel the world in your own kitchen! This book combines Japanese flavors with French patisserie shapes. Beautiful photography and interesting writing. I haven't made any of the recipes start to finish, but I did add "moss" to my last Yule Log cake (Buche de Noel).

I'm such a fan of Emily Henry and People We Meet on Vacation is one of my favorites from her! I loved reading about the adventures that Poppy and Alex took during their summer vacations every year. It was such an interesting way to set up the back story and bring the readers into the mindset of the characters. This book is funny, relatable, and will end up breaking your heart (in the best way!)
