The Beaufort District Collection (BDC) participates in the Reconstruction Era Living History Encampment and highlights military history in March.

Short Description of Event: Re-enactor Dave Smoot shares the real story of Civil War medicine based on medical practices and manuals of the period throughout the day. Co-sponsor: Beaufort History Museum.
