Meeting Rooms
Our meeting spaces are available for meetings, presentations, information sharing, and more.
An electronic Meeting Room Application (below) must be completed and approved by Library Branch Management before room use. A valid Beaufort County Library card is required to use any meeting space. Please review our Meeting Room Policy and Computer Lab Policy, available on our Policies page.
To view a library's meeting room calendar, select from the following branches: Beaufort, Bluffton, Hilton Head, Lobeco, St. Helena. Please note that times/dates on calendars are subject to change. For questions regarding meeting spaces, please contact the branch library.
