"Behind-the-Scenes" Tour of the BDC

Once a year, to celebrate Archives Month, we open the archival stacks to the general public for guided tours. This is your chance to venture into the inner sanctum with BDC staff to see what goes on “Behind-the-Scenes” in the special collection and archives of the Beaufort County Library system. We'll showcase our holdings relating to local natural disasters of the past in accordance with the 2012 SC Archives Month theme "Planning for the Worst, Hoping for the Best: Documenting South Carolina's Natural Disasters."
