The Beaufort County Public Library is a member of the Lowcountry Library Federation. Registered Public Library patrons may borrow materials at the Technical College of the Lowcounty (http://www.tclonline.org) learning resource center and the University of South Carolina at Beaufort (http://www.sc.edu/beaufort/library) library, subject to their rules and regulations.

There is a one-time $10.00 card fee at the University of South Carolina at Beaufort's North and South Campus libraries for borrowers who are not University students, faculty or staff (the same fee applies for a lost card).

There is no borrower's card fee at the Technical College of the Lowcountry.
