An entertaining approach to the serious business of online safety, including the dangers of communicating with strangers and unsolicited e-mail.
- GetNetWise (http://www.getnetwise.org) Information on what parents and kids can do to use the Net safely, with specific steps on dealing with (and reporting) trouble and links to other useful online resources.
- SafeKids.com (http://www.safekids.com) and SafeTeens.com (http://www.safeteens.com/) (Strategies include an eight-point plan for Net safety, parental guidelines and instructions for a family contract of Internet use.
