Free VITA Tax Preparation

Beaufort Library- Mondays from 1 to 4 pm. and Thursdays from 2 to 7 pm.
Bluffton Library- Mondays from 12 to 7 pm.

BDC Sponsors the "Grand Finale" to New Harmonies

The venue is rather small so space is limited. First come; first seated. Doors open 30 minutes prior to the scheduled show time. This may be the one time when you don't want to observe "lowcountry time!"

The first such puzzle, created by Arthur Wynne at the request of his editor, appeared in the New York World in December 1913. Jasper County Turns 100
Submitted by Grace Cordial on Mon, 01/30/2012 - 12:00amHappy Birthday! Jasper County just turned 100 years old. Jasper County, after years of petition, was carved from Beaufort and Hampton Counties on January 30, 1912 and became South Carolina's 44th of 46 counties at 1:55pm.

If you haven't seen it yet, please do drop by. The exhibit is open when the Beaufort Branch Library is open for business. Who knows when Beaufort County Library will be awarded another such fine exhibit to share with our community?!
