Meeting Room Reservations
When not in use for Library-sponsored events, the Beaufort County Library offers meeting room space for free to non-profit organizations on a first-come, first-served basis. Before reserving a room, please read the Meeting Room Policy. To secure a room, you will need to complete the Meeting Room Application and submit it by fax or in person to the branch.
The Beaufort Branch Library has one meeting room with a capacity of around 45 with 14 tables and about 50 chairs. To reserve the room, contact the Reference Desk at 255-6458.
Small conference room: large table and about 12 chairs, AV projector, DVD and VHS players, large screen, laptop connection so one can display on the large screen what is on the laptop's monitor, no kitchen access.
Large conference room: 14 tables, 100 chairs, kitchen access, av projector, DVD and VHS player, large screen, laptop connection, hand held and lapel microphones, and Internet connection on Vizio flat screen in room so a smaller crowd can view without having to use large screen.

Hilton Head Branch
Large Meeting Room: capacity 140; equipment: banquet tables, chairs, dvd player, Internet computer hookup, movie screen, blackout curtains, overhead projector.
Conference Room: capacity 25; equipment: conference table and chairs, overhead projector, Internet computer hookup, dvd player, project onto the wall.

The Lobeco Branch Meeting Room can hold up to 25 people. There is a TV, VCR, DVD player, and polycom available. A laptop and projector and screen are also available.
