National Stamp Out Bullying Day is Monday, October 7th and we want you to be ready to do your part. Stop by the Children’s Department Monday, September 30th through Monday, October 7th and sign the anti bullying pledge, decorate a blue paper t shirt to hang in our window, and get an anti-bullying sticker to wear home.

Courtesy of Penn Center, the St Helena Branch Library will host the Bostick Mini Quilt Display from October 1st-31st.  These quilts are examples of the quilts used during the Underground Railroad that provided messages for Harriet Tubman who was traveling in the region to take escaped slaves safely to the North.  Dr.

Come learn the basics of Mac OS X such as the desktop, Finder, and some applications such as Safari and Photobooth. It is recommended students have basic computer skills before taking this course. Limited to 4 students ages 18+.

This program for ages 7-12 focuses on Addy, one of the historical characters in the popular American Girl  book series. Participants will discover Addy's bravery, and find out what it was like to live in Civil War times.
Activities include stories, snacks, and craft.

Celebrate "National Popcorn Month" at the Lobeco Branch Library with Movie Mania Mondays!  Each week the Lobeco Library will screen a movie while you enjoy popcorn!
